This is a discussion with Dr Caroline Wake (University of New South Wales) and Dr Samid Suliman (Griffith University) about their new Routledge book Performance, Resistance and Refugees, co-edited with Suzanne Little. The interview is conducted by Dr Heloise Weber, Mr Opdebeeck-Wilson and Prof Roland Bleiker and covers a wide range of issues about how visual and broader performative practices seek to break through the stereotypes of refugees that prevail in prevailing media outlets and public perceptions.
